1,173 Daihatsu Terios Units Booked in 2 Months

Daihatsu Headquarters confirmed that 1,173 letters were ordered by the All New Daihatsu Terios before the sports car design price was released. The All New Terios buyers made orders since the car was released in November until before the price was announced.

Those buyers are generally Terios lovers, including members of the community of Terios owners. And they are usually not the first car buyers. Previously they owned a car and wanted to replace it with the latest model.

Daihatsu released the All New Terios with seven variants, namely Terios 1.5 X MT, Terios 1.5 X MT Deluxe, Terios 1.5 X AT Deluxe, Terios 1.5 R MT, Terios 1.5 R AT, Terios 1, 5 R MT Deluxe, and Terios 1.5 R AT Deluxe.

The latest model is marketed without the increase in price from the previous model. In fact, some models are marketed at lower prices.

The All New Daihatsu Terios was launched late last year. Daihatsu invited a number of media crews to test their flagship car in the SUV segment in Padang, West Sumatra on Thursday 11-12 January 2018. When trying out a car as a passenger, a broad impression was felt because this car came with longer dimensions than the previous Terios.

The All New Terios this time comes with dimensions of 4,435mm long, 1,695mm wide and 1,705mm high. In the front row, if the seat does not slip forward or backward, the foot is quite a distance away from the dash. Knee distance from dashboard is still about 5cm for 178cm users.

The second row cab feels wider than the front row. The leg distance from the front seat is about 10cm for a passenger with a height of 178cm. The third row cabins have the narrowest space of the two rows in front. For passengers with a height of 178cm, there is no knee distance from the seat

The room throughout the cabin feels cool because the air conditioner in the middle is able to supply air to the third row. Unfortunately, there are no USB plugs on the second and third rows. There are only second and third line power outlets.

Passengers in the middle seat in the second row of the All New Daihatsu Terios also have to stretch their legs a little because in front of the middle seat of the second row there is a console that slightly blocks the passenger's legs in the seat.
